Return and Damaged Goods Policy
We want you to be happy with the products that you purchase here at Andromeda’s Alley. We understand that sometimes a product must be returned and we will facilitate this as best we can. Please read and understand the following rules and exceptions regarding returns:
· We accept returns within 10 days of the day your order is delivered (based on shipper delivery confirmation information).
· We do not accept returns of items that can be tampered with (i.e., oils, perfumes, sprays, herbs, incense, candles, bath items, etc.), books, or sealed items
that have already been opened.
· We do not accept returns of crystals, stones and/or minerals.
· Items must be returned in “like new” sellable condition.
· You are responsible for all shipping costs (both the shipping that you paid to get the order and any shipping to return items).
· All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, except for returns for damages.
· Shipments that are refused by purchaser for any reason will be charged a 10% restocking fee. In addition, any and all shipping costs incurred in the transaction
will be charged to the purchaser.
· Online refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
· Returns of purchases made in person in the Shoppe will be in the form of a store credit, subject to the above terms, with the original store receipt.
To place a return, please e-mail us at andromedasalley@aol.com and explain the reason for your return and what items are being returned to us. We will respond with an RMA number that you must write on the outside of your return package. Items returned without this authorization will NOT be accepted.
Damaged Shipment
Should any merchandise arrive damaged, please retain all packing materials and product. Since all of our shipments are insured, the USPS may require evidence of the damage in order to pay any claim. Please call within 24 hours of receiving your package with damaged merchandise and we will instruct you on the next step.
