(You can also find the description by simply clicking on the entry on the calendar). We will be adding more classes as they are developed, so check back often. If something you are interested in isn't currently scheduled, please call the Shoppe and I'll make sure its get on for you.

Awareness & Healing Through Sound

Sacred Spirals is the first in a series of mini workshops that connect the sacred feminine with the ancient movements of belly dance. Each mini workshop will focus on building strong technique while creatively teaching combinations or a short choreography. Though specific belly dance stylizations will not necessarily be emphasized, Neylan's unique blend of Tribal and Rak Sharki along with various forms of World dance will be introduced. This workshop will explore the spiral motif found within ourselves and within nature. Prior belly dance knowledge is not required. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and stretch, but please no bulky t-shirts. You may wish to wear soft foot covering such as a flat dance show as the floor is carpeted.

The Chakra System - Parts I & II
These two classes are an introduction to the chakra system. To learn the system takes years, however, this class will give you the simple basics. I highly recommend these two classes to anyone who is in the healing arts.

Fairy House Building Adventure!

Get Twisted With Heather!
Do you find yourself looking at trees and admiring their strength and beauty? Come join artist Heather Dunlap and learn how the art of twisting metial wires into small, magical trees. Bring a favorite small piece of flat rock, geode, or clay pot to mount the sculpture. We will be using sharp tools and a strong bonding agent, so not appropriate for children under the age of eleven. Please bring a shoebox or similar box to carry your tree home in - it will take 24 hours for the bonding to cure.
Materials included: The tree we are creating will be approximately 4-6”. We will have some mounting pieces available as well for purchase.

This class will take you on a journey into your past lives. We will meet as a group and first discuss what past lives mean to us. All of us living on the planet today have had several hundred (maybe even thousands) of past lives. After the discussion we will enter into a deep relaxation and guided meditation as we journey through time portals and discover two or three of our past lives. Ongoing Reiki Share will be held the third Saturday of every month from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. This is a FREE opportunity for anyone attuned to Reiki, no matter what level, to share their gifts with each other. All energy healers are welcome.

Runes
Runes are one of the oldest forms of divination known to man. Everyone knows about the Tarot, but the meanings of the cards are interpreted in so many different ways. The Runes, however, are far more direct in their information. Runes are essentially an alphabet, and therefore can be read more easily. Learn how to interpret the Futhark glyphs and apply their meanings. The Rune class consists of two, 2 hour sessions.

The Tarot class consists of three 2 to 2 ½ hour sessions covering the Minor Arcana, Court Cards, and the Major Arcana. Dennis has been reading Tarot since he was a child and takes it very seriously. He has taught this same class to countless local readers.
