Benzoin is used for purification and prosperity.  It provides focus & enhances concentration. Useful in astral travel (protects spirit while travelling). Promotes generosity. Brings increased success to any magickal working or to attain magickal goals.

Seaweeds generally give protection to those at sea (or flying over it), so international travelers should carry this herb.   It can also be used in sea and wind spells.  Infusions of bladderwrack used in the home or business will ensure a steady flow of money.

Copal is used in love and purification incenses.   It can also be used to protect against sorcery, sickness, and misfortune, and to cleanse the body after contact with the ill or dying, and others considered to be spiritually "unclean."   A piece of copal can also be used to represent the heart in poppets.

Damiana was used as an aphrodisiac tea by the Aztecs and the Mayans, and is still used today predominantly in love and sexuality spells.  It's also used for fertility but only in a magickal sense, not a medicinal one.

Used for Love, Protection, Exorcism, Potency.  Used in homemade magickal inks.   A powerful protectant when sprinkled around the house or burned as incense. A pinch added to to other incenses will increase their potency.

Used for healing and protection.   Eucalyptus has many uses such as being stuffed into healing poppets and are carried to maintain good health.   You can also carry it for protection.

When burned, frankincense releases powerful vibrations which uplift the area and drive out all evil and negativity.  

Frankincense is used in incenses of protection, exorcism, purification and consecration.  It is also burned to induce visions, and used in sachets for protection.

Lavender has long been used in love spells and sachets.  These flowers are also burned to induce sleep and rest.   Lavender is also used under the pillow for dream divination.
This Lavender is "ultra" quality with a strong blue color.

Mugwort is used for strength, psychic powers, protection, prophetic dreams, healing and astral travel.     Can also be combined with sandalwood or wormwood during scrying rituals, used to wash crystal balls, etc.

Myrrh purifies, lifts vibrations and creates peace.  Myrrh is rarely burned alone, however.  Generally you would combine it with frankincense or other resins.   Myrrh increases the power of any incense to which it is added.  

It is used for protection, exorcism, healing and spirituality.    It is also used in sachets and to bless objects such as amulets, talismans, magical tools, etc.

Patchouli is more than something worn by "hippies" in the 60s!   Patchouli smells like rich earth and is used for money, prosperity, fertility and lust spells (guess they were on to something!).    It can also be used for "graveyard dust" when called for.

Red Sandalwood is burned to bring love.  It is sprinkled in areas that need to be cleansed of negativity.  In its powdered form, Sandalwood provides all of the same desired effects but perhaps with a greater ease of use. Powdered, it is often much easier to use.  You can also use it to create a paste to mark icons and the body during rituals of religious devotion, a practice that is common to those of Hindu faith.

Rosemary is a very versatile herb.   When burned, it emits powerful cleansing and purifying vibrations, and so is burned to rid a place of negativity.  It is one of the oldest incenses.   When placed beneath a pillow, it will drive away nightmares.  It aids memory and has long been used in love and healing poppets.  Rosemary is generally used as a substitute for frankincense.

Sage has long been burned in Native American ceremonies.  Burning sage drives away malevolent forces and is useful in healing.  This is the most popular choice for "smudging."

You can also bathe with sage to purify yourself of all past evil and negativity.

Sweetgrass, though sometimes hard to find, has been used in Native American ceremonies for generations. Traditionally used for smudging and purifying ceremonies, it has gained additional use in the rituals of many other traditions.  Sweetgrass is burned after smudging with sage to welcome good influences after the bad have been driven out.

Our braids are approx 25" long!!!!  

These fragrant beans are used in love sachets and mixtures and are also worn or carried to attract money, bring luck, grant courage and ward of illnesses.

To honor Vesta, the Goddess of the hearth, the sacred fire & maternity. Sprinkle around the room where any magickal rituals are to take place as an enticement for the flame of brightness to enrich the services. It is also burned to accomplish its aims...to clear the premises quickly of all evil spirits, to cease harmful gossip or whatever special intentions are requested of Vesta. Used as a sachet, it is said to help present the illusion of the wearer`s youthfulness, purity and innocence.

Vesta powder, added to your incense, will make it a self-igniting incense, and less likely to go out.

Well known for being used in flavoring the notorious liquor called Absinthe, as well some other well known liquors such as bitters and vermouth. In the middle ages it was used to spice mead, and gets its name from this time as it was used in a common medieval cure for intestinal worms.
